Like replace lots of the food you eat now and eat less. replace white bread with wheat, Any pastas or anything like that you eat replace the noodles with whole grain noodles. Watch the calories you put in you&#039;re body. If you don&#039;t like counting calories then don&#039;t just use them as a guide line. Always measure you&#039;re food and eat healthy meals. Go to mtv.com and look at the food tips. There awesome and give you a lot of ideas for snacks and meals. Plus they have some workout tips to. Workout every day or every other day. You can either workout 30min to and hour. Or you can workout 10- 20 min four times a day. Never ever workout more than an hour. Push up the intensity every 2 weeks... Good luck..=)

I am 13 weeks, and i started at about 180, now i am 170. I take my prenatals and eat a pretty healthy diet. i&#039;m just worried that maybe i have been doing something wrong.
Can hormones affect weight loss? Because i recieved the Depo shot a year ago, and went from 150 to 180, so could the pregnancy hormones be reversing that? I&#039;m just really confused about what&#039;s happening and if it is cause for concern.
