Overeating and binging are the first obstacles for children and this leads to weight gain. Because children prefer fast food over vegetables and fruits, they take in a huge amount of sugar and unwanted calories; and they all convert into bad fats. These fats are hard to burn because they end up in a storage place inside the body – such as the fat belly, neck, thighs, butt cheeks, etc. Also, when kids choose to stay home, play video games or surf the internet instead of going outside and play with kids or join sporting events, those fats won’t burn.

Losing weight for children is really not that hard especially if the parents encourage them to live a healthy lifestyle. However, the problem arises when the parents lack resources or money to consult with a physician. This is why parents are forced to take control of the situation and feed their kids with whatever they find in their fridge.
